System Health Checks

Our range of Health Checks are a means of ensuring that your systems are configured and optimized to meet your capacity, performance and resilience requirements. All our Health Checks take part in four stages.

Scope: An accredited technician or consultant will meet with you to identify your requirements, priorities and any technical difficulties you have been experiencing.

Analysis: Gather specification, configuration and performance data from the system including a review of logs, best practices, backup and continuity processes.

Recommendations: Product a documented assessment of the analysis and recommendations as to how capacity, performance or resilience issues may be resolved. The findings will be based around best practices.

Implementation: Accepted recommendations can be implemented in line with your change control processes.
