Support
We offer support on all hardware and software, from a
single PC to a fully commissioned client/server network.
Telephone and remote support is available through our
helpdesk which operates from 8am to 8pm Monday to Sunday. Where a
problem cannot be resolved without an on-site presence, we will schedule
an experienced and certified IT professional to attend site to provide
the IT assistance your need to get you back up and running efficiently
and effectively. Our support team can also provide
routine maintenance, system health checks and system monitoring to
greatly improve the reliability of your IT infrastructure, and reduce
unexpected system downtime.
An initial IT infrastructure audit is not essential, but
is recommended, so that we can understand and meet the specific needs of
your company and your IT infrastructure. An audit will consist of a
review and document your existing IT infrastructure and provide
recommendations on the areas where improvement could assist you or where
configuration errors exist. If you choose to proceed with any or all of
the recommendations, they will be implemented on a timescale to suit
you.
Our support is available on an Ad Hoc pay-as-you-go
basis or as a fixed cost Support Agreement. |
