Effective telephone, remote and on-site IT support from experienced and certified IT professionals on an Ad Hoc pay-as-you-go basis or fixed cost Support Agreement. Our range of services includes:

Helpdesk:  Telephone and remote support is available through our helpdesk which operates from 8am to 8pm Monday to Sunday, enabling you to speak directly to an experience and certified IT professional when you need to.

Support: On site support, infrastructure audits, routine maintenance, system health checks and system monitoring are available through our support team.

System Health Checks: Our range of Health Checks ensure that your systems are configured and optimized to meet your capacity, performance and resilience requirements

Consultancy: IT consultancy can ensure that you are maximizing your IT infrastructure by working with you to understand your business needs and aligning your IT infrastructure to those requirements.
