Helpdesk
Telephone and remote support is available through our
helpdesk which operates from 8am to 8pm Monday to Sunday.
When you call our helpdesk you will be able to speak
directly to an experience and certified IT professional, who can deal
with your problem or question efficiently and effectively. The majority
problems can be resolved without the need to escalate issue to an on
site visit. Our focus is getting you and your users back up and running
as quickly as possible. We can also supplement any
existing helpdesk function you may have by providing cover as required during
busy periods or as cover for holidays, sickness and training.
Our helpdesk support is available on an Ad Hoc
pay-as-you-go basis or as a fixed cost Support Agreement. |
